Premier recently finished a complete remodel on one of our investment property in central Phoenix. The house was built in the 1950’s and hadn’t been updated for years. The purpose for the remodel was to enable us to get the rental return that the area was demanding. They made some suggestions up front that saved us thousands of dollars and allowed us to do more with the budget. They opened the floor plan, reconstructed the kitchen, relocated the laundry room, added new flooring and painted the complete inside of the home. They also automated the sprinkler system and made the curb appeal much more attractive. The also fabricated metal shutters that we hung on the front of the house that added a modern touch. We were able to list the house at top dollar and had new tenants signed within days. They have outstanding customer service and walked us through the “hard stuff” with ease. We purchased a home in the valley that had a completed interior, but the exterior needed a lot of work. The entire house had old siding on the walls and eve, and the landscape was outdated and needed to be replaced. Premier was able to remove all the old siding and replaced it with a beautiful plaster sand finish. They removed old bushes, modified the sprinklers, added a patio and walkway and planted new bushes and trees. They also designed and installed a large salt water pool/spa, with a Baja Shelf, that we absolutely love. They also added modern touches to the exterior of the home, which substantially raised the value and improved the curb appeal dramatically; the neighbors slow down as they drive by just to check it out. We are so happy with the results that Premier provided. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I was blown away by the results of my first experience with PDR, so I had some work done at my new house for curb appeal & enhancements. They did an amazing job completing the front yard with irrigation, rock and plants, hanging new ceiling fans and installing pendent lights.
